Dental Implants in Noida
Titanium implants to replace missing teeth with a fixed, natural-feeling result.
A dental implant is a small titanium post placed in the jawbone to act as the root of a missing tooth. Once it has integrated with the bone, a crown, bridge or denture is attached on top.
Implants are the closest replacement to a natural tooth — they are fixed, do not rely on neighbouring teeth for support, and help preserve the jawbone. Treatment is led by Dr. Divya Sharma, our implantologist.
Symptoms & concerns
- One or more missing teeth
- A tooth that cannot be saved and needs removal
- A loose or uncomfortable removable denture
- Difficulty chewing on one side because of gaps
- Bone loss or bite changes after long-standing tooth loss
Who it's for
- Adults with one or more missing teeth and healthy gums
- Denture wearers who want a fixed or better-retained option
- People who have enough jawbone, or are suitable for bone grafting
- Non-smokers, or those willing to stop during healing, for the best success rate
The treatment process
Assessment and planning
Examination, X-rays or a CBCT scan to check bone volume, and a written plan with staging and cost.
Implant placement
The implant is placed under local anaesthesia in a short procedure. Most people return to normal activity the next day.
Healing (osseointegration)
The implant fuses with the bone over roughly 2–4 months. A temporary tooth can often be provided in the meantime.
Fitting the crown
An abutment and a custom crown (or bridge/denture) are attached once healing is confirmed.
Benefits
- A fixed replacement that looks and functions like a natural tooth
- No cutting down of healthy neighbouring teeth, unlike a conventional bridge
- Helps prevent the bone loss that follows tooth loss
- High long-term success rate with good hygiene and check-ups
Frequently asked questions
Typically 3–6 months from placement to final crown, because the implant needs time to fuse with the bone. Some cases allow faster loading — this is decided at assessment.
